About losing weight

It sets a daily calorie-deficit target with the Mifflin-St Jeor formula from your body data and goal, then adjusts it to your Apple Health activity. You log meals by photo, voice or manually, track weight and BMI over 7- and 30-day trends, and get a daily 0–100 health score to stay in your deficit.

Daily calorie and macro targets are calculated on-device with the Mifflin-St Jeor formula using your age, sex, height, weight and goal. Once you connect Apple Health, the target adjusts to your activity. HealthKit is read-only — there is no workout logging inside the app.

After each meal time slot ends, AI scores that day's eating from 0 to 100 with tips. It's an end-of-slot score, not a live per-bite rating. With 7-/30-day trends and the calendar sodium dots, it shows whether your week is heading the right way.
