Straight facts: MenuMeld tracks your diet and nutrition. It reads activity (active energy) from Apple Health to adjust your calorie target on training vs rest days, but it does not log workouts, sets or exercises in-app — HealthKit access is read-only. Photo and voice analysis estimate the 10 macronutrients per meal.
