The effortless water tracking app
One tap to stay hydrated

Log a cup or bottle in a single tap, or ask Siri and tap the Lock Screen widget. Watch your progress ring fill toward a daily goal that grows on your active days. See your history, hit your goal, and enjoy a little celebration each time. Works with Apple Watch and Apple Health.

Quick-log water, watch your goal fill up

No clunky number pads. Tap a preset — a cup, a bottle, a big bottle — and your progress ring updates instantly toward today's goal, with a little celebration when you reach it.

💧

One-tap presets

Cup, bottle and big bottle presets sit in a quick-log popover, so a typical drink is logged with a single tap.

⚙️

Customizable amounts

Set each preset to your own cup and bottle sizes in ml or oz, so the numbers always match what you actually drink.

Daily goal & progress ring

A clear ring and bar show how much you've had versus your daily goal — see at a glance whether you're on track.

🎉

Celebration animation

A satisfying celebration plays when you log a drink and when you finally hit your goal — small reward, real habit.

📅

History & trends

Browse past days to see how consistent your hydration has been, and spot the days you fell short.

Easy corrections
