A food diary app with Lock Screen widgets
Log without ever unlocking

MenuMeld puts logging on your Lock Screen. Add a meal from the Lock Screen or Control Center without unlocking, tap a pill to log water, and watch a Live Activity stream AI auto-meal analysis — progress, then result — on the Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island. Glanceable calorie-ring and water widgets keep your day in view.

Log from the Lock Screen

The fastest log is the one you never unlock for. MenuMeld's interactive controls and glanceable widgets let you capture a meal or a cup of water the instant you remember it — right from the Lock Screen or Control Center.

🔓

AddMealControl from the Lock Screen

The interactive AddMealControl sits on your Lock Screen, so you can kick off logging a meal without unlocking your iPhone.

🎛️

AddMealControl from Control Center

The same control lives in Control Center — swipe down and tap to start adding a meal from anywhere in iOS.

💧

WaterWidget quick-log pills

The WaterWidget shows quick-log pills on the Lock Screen — tap one to add a cup or bottle of water in a single tap.

Lock Screen calorie & water widgets

Glanceable Lock Screen widgets show your calorie ring and water progress, so today's intake is visible without opening the app.

No-unlock convenience

Log the moment you eat or drink. Interactive controls run right there, so a forgotten snack never goes untracked.

AI analysis, right on the Lock Screen

When AI is working out what's in your meal, you don't have to sit in the app. A Live Activity streams the progress and result onto your Lock Screen and into the Dynamic Island, then your widgets refresh themselves.

🏝️

Live Activity: progress → result

Start an AI auto-meal analysis and a Lock Screen Live Activity shows "Analyzing…" then the result, e.g. "Done: Chicken bowl 450 kcal, 25g protein".

🔲

Dynamic Island mirror

The same progress-to-result state mirrors into the Dynamic Island, so a quick glance tells you whether analysis is done.

💧

Water celebration & quick pills

Logging water from the Lock Screen pills gives instant feedback, and the water widget updates so your progress is always current.

🔋

App Group offline mirror

Widgets read a shared App Group mirror, so the calorie ring and water progress stay fresh even before the main app launches.

🔄

On-save refresh

Whenever you save a meal or log water, widgets and the Lock Screen refresh so what you see always matches your diary.

Straight facts: the Lock Screen Live Activity shows the progress and result of AI auto-meal analysis (e.g. "Analyzing…" then "Done: Chicken bowl 450 kcal, 25g protein") — not a final meal health score. The daily health score (0–100) is computed after each meal slot ends, not shown live on the Lock Screen. Water is logged by one-tap pills, Siri or the widget; there is no automatic water detection. Core logging and widgets are free and work offline; AI photo/voice analysis needs the app plus a connection and is part of AI Pro at US$9.99/month.

It does not show a final meal health score; the daily health score is computed after each meal slot ends, not live on the Lock Screen.
