It is not a shared plan you edit for one another. Each person only adds or changes their own entries, sharing is mutual and accept-only, and it can be turned off any time.

Add each other as friends in the Care tab. Once both of you accept, you can see each other's daily meals and health score, and encourage each other with likes and comments. It is mutual viewing, so they can see yours too.
