Share your meal records
as a beautiful image, anywhere
Turn a day of eating into a clean, shareable picture. Choose all meals, one time slot, or a single meal, then send it through Messages, Email or Instagram Stories — or save it to Photos. The image shows the date, your streak, meal photos and nutrition pills.
One tap turns your meals into a picture
MenuMeld renders your meal records into a polished image, ready to send to anyone. Pick exactly how much to share, then off it goes through the standard iOS share sheet.
All meals mode
Share the whole day at once — breakfast through supper in a single tidy card the recipient can read in seconds.
By time slot
Just want to show lunch? Share one time slot on its own, so the image stays focused.
Per meal
Share a single meal — perfect for showing off one dish with its photo and nutrition.
Photos & nutrition pills
The image carries your meal photos plus calorie and macro pills, so what you ate is clear at a glance.
Date & streak baked in
Each image shows the date and your logging streak, so a shared picture tells the whole story.
Clean, ready-to-post design
The card is laid out to look good on a phone screen — no screenshots or cropping needed.
Share out to anyone, on any app
Because the export is a normal image through the iOS share sheet, you're not locked into one network. Send your meal records to a partner, a group chat, or your followers — or just keep a copy.
Messages
Text the day's image straight to a friend or family member to compare notes on what you both ate.
Send a tidy record by email — handy for a coach, dietitian, or your own files.
Instagram Stories
Post your meals to Stories in a couple of taps for accountability with your wider circle.
Save to Photos
Keep the image in your camera roll to post later or build a visual food journal over time.
Any share-sheet target
WhatsApp, AirDrop, Notes, other social apps — anywhere iOS share extensions reach.
Mutual sharing
You and a friend can each export and trade images — a simple way to share meal records with each other.
Straight facts: "Share Meal Records" means exporting your own meals as an image through the iOS share sheet. It is a one-way share-out — the recipient sees a picture, not your live plan, and cannot edit your records. The in-app friends feed (the Care tab) is a separate feature.
About sharing meal records

Yes. There are three modes: share all of the day's meals, share one time slot (such as just lunch), or share a single meal. Pick the scope that fits before you export.
Anywhere the iOS share sheet reaches — Messages, Email, Instagram Stories, other social apps, AirDrop — or save it straight to your Photos to post later.
No. The Share Meal Plan Image feature exports a picture out of the app to anyone you choose. The Care tab is a separate in-app friends feed. Sharing an image does not let the recipient edit your plan.
